            TAMRIT (Talcher-Angul-Meramandali Regional Improvement Trust)  has consituted w.e.f. dt. 1.7.83 vide Notification No. 27404 HUD dt.28.06.83 and TADA come into existange w.e.f. 1.9.95 as per Notification No.29089/HUD dt.28.8.1995. Following are the basis informations of TAMDA.

4. 7.  Rate chart of Scrutiny fees for different types of land and buildings. (A)   Development of Land.
(i)   Up to one hectre - Rs. 500.00
(ii)   Above one hectare & upto 2.5 hector - Rs. 1000.00
(iii)  Above 2.5 hectore & upto 5.0 hectre - Rs. 1500.00
(iv)  For every additional 5.0 hecter or part there of.- Rs. 50.00

(B)    For Building Operations.

(i)   For residential building (covered are of all floors.)
a)    Upto 100 sqmtres  -Rs.50.00
b)    Above 100 & upto 150sqmetre.  -Rs.75.00
c)    Above 150 & Upto 300sqmeter. Rs. 100.00
d)    For every additional 50sqmtre of part thereof. - Rs.100.00
 

(ii)   For Commercial Building.
a)    Upto 20 sqmetre Rs. 50.00
b)    Above 20 & upto 50 sqmtres. Rs. 75.00
c)     For every additional 50 sqmtre or part thereof  Rs.100.00

(iii)   For Public Buildings.

        b) More than 150sqmtre Rs.50.00
(iv)   For Industrial Buildings
